LOL .... I Really Must Watch This Film
Saturday, May 9th, 2015 08:56 pmLast night I had a truly mega dream.
I was with a group of friends, although none of them were people I knew. 😀
Anyway one of them, my closest friend, was living with James, and one of the others was living with Tom Hanks.
Anyway to complicate the story, the two actors were in a film. The story was set during the filming time. In off camera times the story was fun (very much so) .... but there again the actual film plot was unusual ....
The two of them were Greek beach-bums who, somehow, ended up in New York playing baseball, and became national stars .... who ended up marrying each other.
I really want to see this 😂

Wednesday, May 21st, 2014 07:46 amI had a weird dream last night ... I was visiting a large hostel/farm with a variety of other people.
On the morning I woke up to find Mum & a friend from Bible Study group digging manure into a huge field, Dad and my brother Tim had gone for a walk, and my brother Nick had gone off to meet up with a guy I went to school with. I was with someone "special", but never quite met up with them on my stroll!
Everywhere I went I was being wished a Happy Christmas ... as it was Christmas Day.
When I woke up, I actually reached for my mobile to text friends, as I was sure it was Christmas Day!
Now I'm totally confused!

I was having a "nice" dream last night when dad called me (in the dream-story) ... trouble is I thought I was in RL and so I was out of bed before I realised it!!
Wow, what a way to wake up ... 3am, and totally stunned. It took ages to recover from that!
Oh well, maybe after lunch I shall know what day of the week I am in at the very least!!
I was having a "nice" dream last night when dad called me (in the dream-story) ... trouble is I thought I was in RL and so I was out of bed before I realised it!!

Well almost! Both dreams had lots of people meeting up at some sort of gathering - mostly people I knew, with a few I didn't (and in both there were different people.
Except both had someone I know that was being secretly beaten up by their partner.
Weird - hope it is not some warning that someone I know is going through this ... I have known it happen to a friend (after the event) .... and never want to hear of it again.
Now I have to get to work ... hope you all have enjoyed Easter ... will get back to LJ proper later!
PS - the tooth/hole is still slightly sore, so may go to my doctor later!

Just a fly-past update as there is not much to say, but feel I have neglected my scribble again ... sorry folks, skip, or suffer!
# Went to Bible Study last night - I find it fascinating to both study more of God's Word, but also to learn something of Filipino heritage. I was learning that traditionally spaghetti is served at a birthday party, and the birthday girl/guy must not cut or bite the long strands, but suck it up ... otherwise their life is cut short. Great to learn of other superstitians etc.
# Sadly, also heard from one of the girls (who is 39 weeks pregnant) that her cousin died in child-birth last week (along with the child) ... seems sad to think this still happens in the 21st century.
# Was doing some more icons and found that my main BtVS source had been taken down. I contacted the "owner" of the site, who looked into it and was told no-one used them, so they had been removed. So either I am a nobody ... or just need todrool over.... ummmm study Spike more.
# Had a weird dream (twice) last night - I was being given a tattoo on my left hip ... and told it would disappear in 2 years, as I wouldn't need it then. Still tatt free, and no thoughts or plans - where does my subconsciou go?
# Mum sees the eye specialist again today to know, finally, whether he will be able to return any of her sight to her. It has been a long 18 months.
# Well 30 day photo meme is up, now I have to decide on a Cary Grant film. I am enjoying watching and thinking about this set. I love him as an actor ... so it has made the choice hard to decide on just 10 ... maybe some of the missing films will end up in another section later.
Well, that's me - must get on and then hopefully will have time for a walk before ironing and then work. Hope you are all having a fun day.

And am so glad I did ....
Yes, one of those dreams you truly don't want to end, would love to have again & again ... or even for them to murge into reality!
So, not a bad day, despite a truly weird shift this afternoon. (I obviously needed a good start to my day!)
