What A Gorgeous Day ... So Far!

I have the day off.
Something seems wrong, doesn't it?
I have washing on the line, I have scrubbed another section of my patio. I have taken Tim & Claire's card over to them.
That trip temporarily upset my good mood ... I did the polite thing of knocking and Claire must have been near the door as it opened. Her comment was "I am busy" ... I replied that I had just come to drop off the card, and turned and walked away. I had just closed the gate when I heard my name called, and it was Claire's mum ... she and I had a chat, and a hug, before I headed back home. So on the way home I re-focused on the Spring flowers, and colours.
Now I have housework to do, and maybe a bit more to the garden ... later I have ironing to do, as well!
Next week I am doing 5 days of 9 - 5, so that means I won't have computer time, here ... so I both need to get ahead with the questions, and get some icons made before I log off the computer.
21. It’s National California Strawberry Day. What is your favourite way to eat strawberries?
Just fresh ... maybe a slight sprinkle of caster sugar.
22. Do you still buy physical books, or do you tend to buy e-books these days? Does it depend on the type of book (i.e. fiction or non-fiction)?
Yes, I still like physical books ... especially reference, travel, history etc.
I read a lot of fan-fic to unwind ... and all on my Kindle
23. When was the last time you ate some chocolate?
A couple of nights ago, I had the last pieces of a bar of Cadbury's.
24. Harry Houdini was born today in 1874. Are you a fan of magic shows? Have you ever seen someone perform close-up magic?
Never seen one ... never wanted to.
25. How often do you wash your hair? Do you style it, or just let it dry naturally?
It dries naturally ... always has.
26. In 1484 Aesops Fables were first printed in English by William Caxton. Do you recall any of the fables, such as The Tortoise and the Hare?
I know some of the basics, probably.
27. It’s World Theatre Day – when was the last time you went to the theatre?
I have only been a few times, the last was to see "Fiddler on the Roof", in London, with Topol in 1983!!
Right, I must get some icons sorted out before I log off.
