Happy 90th Birthday Elvis

Today would have been Elvis Presley's 90th birthday, and the radio is playing a lot of his music today. I am happy as I am actually a great fan of his music. When I was younger he was one of the "stars" whose poster I had on my wall. I was in France on holiday when he died, and remember that day ... so just thought I would share some of his music in case you are as big a fan as I am.

I am actually already behind, but at least I have week 1 of the first half ... ARAN ... this jumper was knitted by Mum for Dad and he wore it every winter for years ... I do still occasionally wear it, and yes, it is still lovely and warm.

Work went well yesterday - and I am going back again later, so that will keep me out of mischief. I am actually hoping to get some icons made this morning before I head off ... well at least it save me from doing housework, doesn't it?

Depends on the person.
I chat to my friend Christine on the phone every week
Others I text – but often just to arrange a get-together.
I have one friend in USA, so, yes we text all the time!

Yes, so sad he was only 42 ... mind you he still managed to live longer that James Dean, or Amy Whinehouse ... so much talent lost at young ages.

That is a beautiful sweater!!!!!!! I have a few things from my dad, but I inherited a beautiful wardrobe from my mom, Chanel, St.John, her LV purses. She was a styling woman :)( I tend to text. I hate talking.

Yes, I am not a great one at speaking on the phone - much prefer to speak in person (or to text)
