It Is Certainly Not My Week!!!

This morning I have made some gingerbread biscuits ... I don't make "men", just circular ones.  But hopefully they taste as good as they look.

I then decided I would have a lazy rest of the morning ... but did need to collect my bin from up the road ... and although careful I still managed to catch my foot on a small patch of ice ... and now have a wet backside!!! Luckily I am "well padded" ... and even luckier no one saw my fall.

So, let's get this week finished and start again next week!

I am hoping to get some cleaning done, but not as much as I planned to do as I am still tired, and the chest infection still lingers.

But, hopefully will get some icons made today, as that is relaxing, but I do need to get a few done soon-ish.  So that will keep be out of mischief.

I also want to catch up with Auntie Mary ... that had been a plan for yesterday, but she had visitors, so will try this afternoon and hopefully will get to chat with her.

But ....

In my previous house I made a star of coat hangers, tinsels and lights for my front window.
When I was a kid we always made "paper chains"

My bottom survived the bump ... but I realise I knocked my wrist, but not too badly. So, all OK

There are advantages to not being "healthy" ... the padding really helps in a fall!!

Yeah that may be true but I would never want to be in any way unhealthy. My bones are strong anyways, and I've fallen hard.
