Not Really A Newsy Post

Work went well in the end yesterday, so that was good. And, I have been booked for a few shifts over the next couple of months ... it would have been a couple more but I am away on those days. So nice to have a positive thought there.

I didn't finish my photos, so hope to do it later and maybe post them then, if not it will be Monday.

I want to get shopping done, and I have another set of icons I want to get sorted, if I can, but as I am missing photos I thought I would share these icons, all from competitions at Your_Favourites. over at DW

This set of icons is for challenge #173 and the theme is "Quote"

And this set is for challenge #174 with a theme of "Wizard".  My favourite Wizard is Harry Dresden from the Dresden Files ... these images are from a book cover, and an image from one of the graphic novels.

I am sorry but if I start answering this properly I will really get annoyed! Lack of manners are something that I really struggle with ... so few people even manage thank you for anything. I get so frustrated.

Lol, long hair definitely seems an awful lot of work to me — it's so easy and low maintenance now mine is cut really short — and I don't know that I could cope with a long beard (all that hair!) although I don't have to shave, so if I had to do that every day I might change my mind...

Yes, my hair has always been short.

I think what doubly surprises me about Nick is that he always feels hot ... you would think less hair around his neck would help him feel cooler
