debris4spikeYes, work this morning - and a really nice clinic ... all turned up, 4 of the 5 were lovely, and I got home early - so a truly win-win morning.
Then I had a text from the NHS so have booked Covid booster jab for Thursday, and hopefully I won't get any reaction (I haven't for the previous 2)
So now it's the afternoon and I am being a good girl and not having a walk (in fact a doubly good girl as I have done my exercises as well!), so hopefully carrying on like that will help to stabalise my ankle.

21. Do you usually have to wear a belt with your pants?
