debris4spike | The Ankle Is Still Hurting, So ...

Yesterday I saw my sports masseur for treatment on my shoulders as she has been gradually getting them to settle and increase my mobility. However I decided to mention that my foot (that I hurt 3 weeks ago) was still hurting. She decided that it was a comnplex problem of poor mechanics of my toes, a flare-up of my torn calf ... leading to poor circulation. So I now have my calf taped with zig-zag strappings, and a set of exercises to do. So I am glad I mentioned it. Abby also did some work on my shoulders, so all in all a good visit.

Work today was brilliant - 2 no-shows, and so I was home 1/2 hour early ... another nice "birthday" treat, as I am now off for a couple of days!

Had a walk of just over a mile, and done some shopping.

Now I need to get the rest of the housework done .... but, as ever -

Apparently when very young, yes. But as a child that I remember I rarely read anything at all.
