Wonder If You Can Help

When I first had a Kindle I asked for help then - and was given the answer of Calibre.  In other words I wanted a program that would transfer Word Documents onto my Kindle (without going onto the internet)

I have used that programme since.  Well, that is, until today when it wont open anything, or accept new "books".  I have un-installed, and re-installed, but still no good.

So wonder if there is another similar programme out there I could use ... or if anyone has any ideas.

Any help would be appreciated ... thanks

I have a kindle but when I want to transfer a word doc to my kindle, I just email the doc to my kindle address and they convert it for me. That's how I send all of the fanfics I want to read to my kindle.

My only suggestion is to contact Amazon for tech help. Anytime I have called Amazon they have been more than helpful. To contact them I just Googled How to contact Amazon.

I have given that a go, so will see.

I have always liked Calibre, because when my previous Kindle di, all the docs were stored on the programme in my computer.
