I Might Have Known!!

I'm not a great TV watcher, but have been enjoying re-watching M*A*S*H.  Last week another channel said it would be re-showing Stargate SG1 ... so I thought "YAY"

However - guess what ..... yes, they are both on at the same time!!

I have them both on DVD, so it's no big problem, just I thought ironic.

Yes, it's re-running at 7pm with 2 episodes a day.

Even though I have DVDs of favorite shows sometimes I just like to watch reruns as they're airing. I like getting one or two episodes at a time.

LOL yeah I have caught myself watching things on Netflix that I own on DVD but...then I have to open the box and put it in the player... (it really doesn't take long for us to become lazy, does it LOL)

LOL new marketing campaign for DVDs and Blu-Rays -- get off your butt and change a disc! It's good for you! LOL.

Oh Physical media...how much longer will you be a thing? My current theory is that physical copies will be a thing for "collectors" and everything else will just be streaming at some point.

I suppose that theory will come about ... very few people use photo albums now, do they?

Trouble is I do like some odd shows, so am glad I have them on DVD .... points to Blakes 7 icon.

The Murphy's Law of TV - if there are only two shows that you want to watch that night, they will be on at the same time. That's just how it works. ;)

I remember watching MASH when I was really really young and not getting all of it. Just that it was cool to stay up in the middle of the night. Because it always ran really really late here in Sweden. :-)

I watched M*A*S*H the first time, and like you it was on late on a Saturday night in England. I started watching it as I was a teenager who was babysitting, so something to help keep me awake!

But, I loved it then, and love it now.
