debris4spikeHaving no work today has been good for my CFS .... some rest, some shopping ... but most of all I managed to have a long phone call with my best friend.
Toni and I met 17 years ago, and almost immediately became friends ... and soon realised we were each other's best friend. Something neither of us had in the past.
It was really, really great to catch up, even though there was a lot of bad news to exchange ... firstly I can't get to her daughters wedding this weekend, as driving is something my body wont do.
But, whatever we chatted about overall made me feel loved and happy.
