Day 21 - Favorite romantic couple

I snagged this meme from [livejournal.com profile] petzipellepingo ... and I loved her answer of Groucho Marx and Margaret Dumont - so true. But, I'm going to add 2 more to that list.

The first couple did many films with other stars - but together they sparkled - Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers ... here they are dancing to a favourite song of mine, Night & Day by Cole Porter.

And, my last offering is a truly English couple - Michael Wilding and Anna Neagle. They were together in a range of films in the 40-50s, that are beautiful in their representation of England - such as Spring in Park Lane

Day 30 - Saddest death scene
Day 31 - Scene that made you stand up and cheer
