I know I'm going to upset a couple of people now ... but
Spike and (even) Angel, I get ... one more than the other I admit!
Mitchell, from Being Human, is great
Mick and Josef, from Moonlight, are lovely ....
Damon and Stefan are a great couple of brothers in Vampire Diaries
But ...
TRUE BLOOD -
Sorry I just couldn't get into that show at all. I watched 2 episodes and almost turned off half way through both of them ... I know there are fans out ther, but I was disappointed .... sorry to say.

I must look it out - but as it will be printed out & at my room at Mum and Dads place I shall have to wait a couple of weeks till I go back.

Date: 2010-05-16 08:43 pm (UTC)I am now unemployed - so spent 10 days ago filling out a form on the phone, only to have to go to the office the following day to fill it in again!
Still hunting - and have applied for a few jobs, but nothing so far. I still feel happy about the decision - the support I have had from friends (both RL and internet) has been brilliant - Mum and Dad have been amazingly supportive .. and weirdly have to cope with my brother Tim doing similar in his life!!!
So, no news, which is why no update - but I ought to scribble something - maybe next week.
How are things with you - did things settle, especially with the lady who was being "difficult" ... How is Norm coping with sleeping his days away now? And, are you still getting to ride - I think you still have your horse, don't you?

I read a fan-fic some years ago written about Spike becoming a Christian ...t here were 4 in the series, but the 1st, where he discovers his faith was brilliantly written. I shall be interested to see what you think of those fics ... and may then look for them ... so let me know.

Date: 2010-05-15 10:30 pm (UTC)I enjoy Being Human, but I really don't care for Mitchell. I do adore George. Mick from Moonlight bored me to tears. Yet, Josef was really interesting. Damon from Vampire Diaries is quickly becoming a major fav of mine. Stefan bores me like Angel and Bill from True Blood. I just don't care for broody, silent guys like them.

There is certainly "something" about Damon isn't there, and although I like Stefan, it suprises me, as he is so like Angel in his brooding - I so agree with you there!
