Eternal Refuge

... and we are into Monday afternoon.

I worked this morning, and now am going to spend some "me" time.  ... LJ time, and trying to do some of the snowflafe challenge over on DW.  I did say I wouldn't do them all, and to date that is certainly be true!

Work yesterday was very quiet ... so much so I was able to watch Lego Masters Australia.  I have always been a Lego fan, and there are Britis & USA shows, but the Australian one is truly a winner ... so great to be paid to sit and watch the show I would have been seeing if I was home!  I did get a regular collection of enquieries, but most of them managed to disturb me at less important moments in the show.

23 – Handwriting Day: Do you still write by hand? Can you write (and read) cursive? Do you think cursive should be taught in schools?
I missed "joined-up" writing lessons ... I changed schools. The one I left was going to have the lessons the following year and the one I went to taught it the previous year.
Yes, I can write, but it's very untidy ... yes I can read it ... well except for some that are too stylish ... too many loops!

 I have just been told by my good friend that although I export my LJ posts to DW, they are not showing up on the reading page.

So for LJ friends who no longer check in there, sorry - I haven't ignored you, but DW doesn't show the posts where it should ... so if you want to catch up read my journal.

I suppose that maybe I should just be over here - when I worked at the stables I had all my rides booked in as DW ... so maybe this should be my home
