debris4spikeToday on the ward there were 4 trained nurses, 3 auxilliaries (including me), 20 patients .... and 10 leeches.
We don't seem to have moved on very far, do we?
Actually, although I spent my day avoiding 2 patients (!!!!), they are very effiecient at clearing up non-healing skin grafts.
