The Snowflake Meme

debris4spikeI am determined that although I still haven't got internet at my place I am going to be a better friend ... a better LJ-er. It's one of my New Year Resolutions (well, if I made one, it would be!)
Anyway, I am going to start a MEME .... this one is over on DreamWidth and I still haven't got round to sorting that out, but![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
alwaysjbj is going to do it, so I shall snag from her. Instead of the normal list, this one posts a challenge a day for 15 days, and being as it's January, is called a Snowflake Challenge. So -
Day 1
In your own space, post a rec for at least three fanworks that you have created. It can be your favorite fanworks that you've created, or fanworks you feel no one ever saw, or fanworks you say would define you as a creator.
It's All A Question Of Timing
This one has a special place in my heart as it was the first time I ever wrote anything. Spike's death at the end of BtVS inspired me to find a way to reunite him with Buffy.
In writing it, and searching for a Beta, it also brought me to LJ, you ... and meeting James.
Turn Again To Life
This fic was written 5 years after Jaykub died, and helped me to come to terms with his loss, by focussing on Buffy immediately after "Chosen"
Heaven On Earth
Of all my fics, (of which I need to re-start writing), this one was written quickly. It was given as a challenge, and I based a Spuffy fic around my love of riding.
Spuffy Limerick
My one (and only) attempt at poetry!
And, finally, although they aren't as great as some of the icons you see around LJ, I have enjoyed the challenge, and the fun of playing! Here are 4 of my (present) favourites, that I made -
