If You Have 5 Minutes Could You Please Help?

debris4spikeI have been doing one of those "design yourselves" web pages linked with my job. I started it last year and have just done a bit more to it this evening as I am taking part in a health fair next month so it will be a good oportunity to get my business cards changed and some fliers etc produced.
But what I really need is
a) Are there any more "questions that need answering"
b) A bit (but not toooooooooooo much, please) of constructive criticism ... but please remember I am working within a Web package, so can't do 100% what I want.
