Yay - Washing Is On The Line!

It's February and yet washing is on the line, and is dry ... I need to get it in soon though, but that's brilliant.

I went into the city this morning to get a hair-cut, and I had a M&S voucher that was due to expire.  As ever, when I "have" to buy something, there never seems to be anything I like.  I found a top that. although not really 100% my style, at least goes with a few of my skirts.  So, if I still have a job then it will be ideal.

I was lucky, however ... as I walked to the bus stop the bus arrived in a few minutes ... and I go to a drop-in hairdresser, but there was no queue ... then after the shopping, I walked to the bus stop, and arrived about one minute before the bus.  So, overall, a real good morning.

This afternoon I actually did a bit of tidying in my garden. I was going to do a bit more, but decided that I had been out & about this morning, and tomorrow I will be doing a lot of walking, so am here for a time, and then will actually rest the leg (a great excuse not to do housework!!)

As I am out early-ish tomorrow, I won't be logging on here ... so ...






25. When was the last time the windows in your home were washed?
Downstairs, I think I did them a couple of times last year. Upstairs, although they are reversable windows (the hinges can be over-ridden), I think I have only done them a couple of times in the years I have owned the house!
Add to the "to-do" list!!!

26. When you leave your home, what essentials do you have with you?
Crutches!
Front door key.
Inhaler.

A lonnng time. I just take a hose to them. Ill have to do it this summer. My purse with my phone.
