As Ever - No Excuse!

debris4spikeI think someone stole a couple of days! Well I can't think of any real reason why I didn't seem to be around, so I just decided that someone must have just stolen the days ... well, it's as good as an excuse as anything else!
So at least I have some photos to share in a moment, so hopefully you will forgive me!
Anyway - work has been good, and the time always seems to g quickly while I am there. It is nice to work in a busy location, for that reason alone!
Other than that there is no real news
7. Today, on the seventh day of the seventh month, the Japanese celebrate the Star Festival (or Tanabata). For one day only, wishes, hopes, poetry and dreams are written onto colourful streamers and tied to trees. What would you write on a streamer today?

8. Artemesia Gentileschi was born today in 1593 – an incredibly famous artist in her time, she is only now becoming better known. Have you ever seen any of her works?
I don't think so, however I have Googled and there are some at The National Gallery, which I love visiting.
9. Have you ever been on a journey and been held up for a long time? What happened and how late were you at your destination?
A couple of years ago it was Brenda's 60th and a journey that should have taken less than 2 hours took about 7. So I missed lunch, but they brought forward the BBQ so that I wasn't there long before I got to eat after all.
10. Do you enjoy salad? What would be in a typical salad that you would serve/eat?
Love it - I love the simple lettuce (varieties), cucumber and tomato ... simple, but tasty al the same.

Yes coming back from the UK actually many years ago! We got held up in NYC.
