Another Monday

I worked for a couple of hours this morning.  And, although the sun was shining, I got really cold, as the main doors face straight towards the direction of the wind this morning. 

I have now thawed out and had lunch ... so things are looking up.

I am here, briefly, but want to get out and have a walk in a moment to make the most of the Spring sunshine.

And, seeing as I can't think of any news I shall leave it here ...





3. When was the last time you rode a bike?
A static bike, was when I was last at a gym
A real bike, back in 1985 when I worked in East London, and lived a few miles away. However after being run over in 1982 cycling and I were not great together!!







Well, now I can head out!

I haven't ridden a 'real' bike since about 1980, yikes.

I have never worked out why so many people love bikes! Give me a walk, any day

At the gym long ago. Now I do the treadmill or simply go walking/jogging outside when it's nice near this small lake.

I am lucky that I have some parkland, with a stream on one side near me - much nicer than a bike
