Wet & Cold Mondays Are The Worst Way to Start A Week!

I worked over the weekend ... and both shifts were actually very nice. Fairly un-busy, as well. I think the worst person I saw was a homeless man who said he was wanting to sue the hospital ... I explained that department wasn't open until Monday. I would have told him that (even if it wasn't correct) just to get away from him ... he stank .... wow, did he smell!!!!

I am trying to sort out a few things this morning, and then I am back into work ... really nice to have 3 shifts straight after each other ... I am also working this coming weekend, as well. So nice to be able to get some bills paid!

Surprise, surprise, England lost the football match! I will admit I was actually surprised that we made it to the finals after our first few matches. I am very "English" however English football, at present, is one that don't follow.

I appreciate how different from one another the Star Trek captains have been. I'm currently watching the "Enterprise" series for the first time, and really like Captain Archer as well.

Yes, I did like Captain Archer ... as well as Capt Picard and his reactions with his whole team.

Although I never got into either series to watch every episode without missing one.

Well my parents were huge fans of Star Trek and some episodes gave me nightmares LOL. I actually hated Shatner. Let's see the hottest in MY area? Well it was 104 degrees! Today it was 'cooler' at 99. I don't really like seeds because they're too hard to shell. I like them if they're shelled, but I'm just not really into them.

Oh I will watch any Star Trek, except the original series. Not long after they started showing it over here there was a short lived British one called Blakes & ... and I loved that. (The icon is their 1st space ship)

There was this one episode that gave me nightmares. It had to do with people premmaturely aging and I remember this really grotesque old woman in there. I used to be terrified to open my closet and peer into my parents' dark bedroom after that.
