Friday, Again

Well although it is cloudy today, as you could see by the photos I have just posted, I will have to go to Tim & Claire's anyway as apparently they have had a delivery left on their doorstep, so even with cooler weather I still have to go there.

Oh well, as I said yesterday the walk will be good for me!!!!

Anyway, no news, so will just post today's question and get on with the rest of the day.  I am planning to catch up with Auntie Mary later, so that will be good.

28. It's International Cream Tea Day (the last Friday in June)! Do you put the jam on a scone first, followed by the clotted cream (the Cornish way), or the other way around (the Devon way).
Always a debate in every family/meal/friends
I will do either! Although tend to do jam first as it's easier to spread, and then dollop the cream on top.

We don't have clotted cream here and it doesn't sound appealing. If I eat a scone, it's plain with no jam. Why fuck up the taste of the scone?

Oh a Cream Tea is certainly worth the calories. I usually eat fruit scones totally plain but there's something about this English speciality!
