Wow, how can it by summer solstice today?

This morning I went to meet up with Toni & Pete for morning coffee so she could give me a birthday pressie.  It was lovely to see her, and she was actually looking more relaxed than I last time I saw her.  So that was a double-win.

How are you all doing?

We are actually having some dry days, with slightly cloudy skies, so all in all maybe it is summer after all.  Although does that mean that winter will return tomorrow?

Anyway ... here's todays question -

20. It's International Surfing Day - can you surf?

No - I can swim, and enjoy it. However I am actually scared of water to a certain degree. I lived in an area where the first British Surf Lifesaving Club was formed.

Right, let's get on x

It was a nice day here - and there is a beautiful moon tonight, reflected in a calm sea so that there is a path of gold. Sadly my camera is out of action, and my phone couldn't cope with the amount of zoom needed to get a picture without lampposts and hedges in it.

I wish! It's exhaustingly hot here.

Surfing is actually very difficult to master. I've never done it.
