Well my weekend went well in the end, and so far today has been good. I hung washing up (inside, as it's damp outside), then walked into the city to pick up my new glasses, and to do a bit of shopping. I will admit I caught the bus home.

Now I am here, and am hoping to get some computer time ... as well as give my study a clean (there are lots of shelves, and as a hoarder, ornaments in front of the books ... so always lots of dusting!)

So hopefully today will be a productive day ... I shall report in tomorrow.

But, here are the photos.

As it was also overcast tomorrow I thought I would find a bright image (this is on my window sill in my lounge)

As I walked in today I saw they had finished this lovely mural ... although, sadly, the actual important word is not easily visible as there are buildings blocking the view. What a pity it wasn't better designed.

And, here's todays question from [livejournal.com profile] kazzy_cee

Have you ever made a really large jigsaw? How many pieces is the maximum you've made?
I love jigsaws, have a 1,000 piece on the go most of the time. However I have done a 3,000 piece twice in the past. However you need to plan, as once you start you can't move it.

Right all up to date - will catch up with you soon x

Wow, a 3,000-piece jigsaw is HUGE (or were they really small pieces?).
