Yes, we got reasonable weather so when Brenda arrived we walked into the city. Claire changed out meeting point, and I will admit to not being impressed with the food (or lack of range of foods), but we had a great lunch ... lots of chat. Claire told Brenda about their housing problems, so am glad she was able to talk about things (although there is still no news as to what is going to happen there). After lunch we wnt for a short time to the museum (Brenda like I, love giraffes, and they have a selection of taxidermy there). Brenda had heard me laugh about the odd selection of exhibits, so she was interested to see it for herself.

Now work today was a quiet shift, and even though all the patients were early I still ended up getting home late.

I have done a bit of shopping because I am working all day tomorrow (hence the 3 day post ....)

17 – My Way Day: the day where you are encouraged to do whatever you want, however you want. Have you ever treated yourself to a day like this? What did you do?
No ... there's always something that needs to be done.
Well I suppose I have an occasional day off that I do take some me time for. And, when I go to London, they are all "me" days

18 – Battery Day: How many things in your house are unusable without batteries? (If they don't run on mains power.)
Only my phone, or my Kindle

19 – World Whale Day: Have you ever been whale watching? Tell us about it.
I'm not great on boats ... so not really something I would chose (although if I was on holiday in "that" part of the world, I would go on a trip)

Right, I am going to edit some photos, and hope to post them soon
