debris4spike... Yes, I owe you all comments, and a catch-up of your posts, which is something I aim to do a bit later.
Work was good yesterday, although cold. I enjoy being on the main reception area, however it is near the doors ... so, with this cold spell, it is slightly chilly! Still I don't actually have a uniform (as my hospital provided one is my nursing one), but have to roughly wear black ... so black trousers and a cream/grey jumper was a good answer on Monday.
It was a nice time at Tim & Claire's on Saturday ... my 3 younger nephews didn't go ... they were meeting friends to watch football (as was one of Claire's brother-in-laws). We had a Royal Quiz, and for a change I was the winner.
I am still trying to get my Christmas cards sent out ... although with postal strikes, I do wonder if they will get there before next Christmas. It is odd that one of the people I have heard from already is a friend of Mum's who has never actually met me, even when I was a baby!
Right, I must get on ... I want to write another couple of cards before I sort out food ....
13. Some people believe that if life has no purpose, then there is no reason for living. While others think that if life has no purpose, that frees a person to find/create and follow their own personal purpose. Which is a more valid point of view or are they both equally valid?
I prefer the second theory ... life is for living, whatever else is going on for you
14. Would you rather have more kitchen counter space or kitchen cabinet space?
You can stack bowls etc in a cabinet, or even store rarely used ones in a bedroom ... so more counter space, please
