10 Hours Work ... Good & Bad!

debris4spikeGood, because I think that is the first time possibly ever that I have done a 10 hour shift ... part nursing, part reception. But bad, as by the time I got home at 7 I was tired ... not totally zonked though (so another positive), but bad as I didn't LJ, or do anything much. I will admit I did eat a ready meal ... not my favourite food, but I am trying to learn to fight my battles as needed.
Other good news is that I have started looking at jigsaws again, afetr a gap of over 6 months ... so more positives.
So, overall, the positives outweigh the negatives on a personal basis ... and although I have a long way to go I will admit that it is good to be beginning to think of hobbies etc again.
I worked this morning and actually sat outside for some time this afternoon - I did need to buy food, so have done that as well. I didn't sit on my normal seat in the sun for too tong for 2 reasons ... firstly it was hot, and I don't want to burn, but secondly the ants were around in numbers, and most were getting ready to fly. Small black (English) ants are something I am allergic to, so didn't want to get bitten and end up with huge lumps on me.
Right that's me to up to date ... I will try and catch up with you later ... promise (fingers crossed!!) However I am working all day tomorrow, nursing, and a 6 hour cover on recetion on Saturday, so I probably won't be able to update until Monday ... so ...
6. Do you still carry cash on you/use cash on a regular basis?
Yes, although am only using it a bit as got out of it during the full Covid lockdown
7. Messy or neat?
Clothes - neat ... rest of life - messy
8. Do you still get crushes on celebrities?
Hee - James!!
9. Have you ever read a book, or watched show or movie, that made you cheer more for the antagonist rather than the protagonist?
Good writing (and a good actor) and a good story ... yes
10. What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday morning?
I go to, and enjoy, Church every Sunday morning
