What A Monday Morning!!!

I always laugh and say that "Monday" patients are a special breed ... well 3 of the 4 who turned up were truly super-classic "Monday" patients. In the end I worked an extra hour, which was good for the bank balance, if not for the tummmy .... lunch was very late!!

Now I have had a short walk and picked up some milk, and I have Snowflakes to catch up on. But before I swap to DW ....
