Wednesday's Meanderings

debris4spikeAfter a lazy morning I headed out to get petrol and also to do some birthday pressie shopping - I always find it frustrating that much of my family & friends have their birthdays in Dec/Jan/Feb ... so all the pressie giving is together. My brain struggles with some people to decide on one gift, instead I have to buy two!
This afternoon I have an appointment with the sport masseur ... both to look at my ankle, but mostly to look at my shoulders, which is why I started seeing her in the first place. After years of working as an osteopath it is hard to find a practitioner I am happy with, but she certainly gets the thumbs up.
But before I head out -
19. Do you like reality/competition TV shows? Why or why not? If so, which ones?
There are one or two I watch ... I like ones where there is an actual competition & skill involved. So I watch -

Great British Bake Off
Lego Masterbuilders, Australia
and Strictly Come Dancing
