f you want to see how a younger Cary Grant became a star then don't miss this film (not his first blockbuster, but the one that made my list of 10!) - Bringing Up Baby is a great story that pairs him with Katherine Hepburn.

While trying to secure a $1 million donation for his museum, a befuddled paleontologist is pursued by a flighty and often irritating heiress and her pet leopard "Baby." Add to that the stunning actor Asta called George in the film ... and truly steals the show at times, especially when he and Baby are playing.

Exeter - A City With Buildings From 200AD To 2012AD - Part 1

One of the LJ groups I "do" is Where I Live Day ... this is the week of our posting, so I am cross posting here, for those who don't follow that grouup.

When last we went "WILD" I was living in the costal town of Bude ... with the Atlantic Ocean battering the coast.  Since then I have changed my job and my location and now live in the city of Exeter in Devon -



Exeter is a city with a widespread heritage, including Roman ruins, and a newly, still developing, shopping centre.

( Let's see where I live first )

( Now, let's drive to the city itself .... only about 2 1/2 miles away - )
