The Day Is Now Looking Up!

Business is quiet - so no money.

Torrential rain this morning - so no riding.

End of orchestral year next week - so books to sort out for AGM.

What a day ... then I turned on LJ - and went to my f-list and

bendy1 has saved the day ...

James has been confirmed for another 4 episodes in the new series of Smallville ... I am really pleased for him and ho[pe he continues to get the acting work he so rightly deserves.

Wedding Anniversay Presents!!

A friend has just e-mailed this ... So thought I would share it.

Ed was in trouble.

He forgot his wedding anniversary.  His wife was really angry.

She told him - "Tomorrow morning I expect to find a gift in the driveway that goes from 0 to 200 in less than 6 seconds ... And it had better be there!"

The next morning Ed got up early and went to work.  When his wife woke up she looked out of the window and sure enough there was a gift-wrapped box in the middle of the driveway.  Confused, the wife put on her robe and ran out to the driveway and brought the box back into the house.  She opened it and found a brand new set of bathroom scales.

Ed has been missing since Friday!  Please pray for him!!
