Moonlight

As well as not having internet, yet, I don't have a working TV ariel ... so I have only got my DVD player, which is fine.  The last couple of weeks I have re-watched Moonlight straight through.

And enjoyed it even more than ever.

Such a pity it got cancelled.

And, kudagirl, this time I could see what you meant by Josef ... yes, I loved the Beth-Mick story, but thought Josef was a strong character that I had somehow slightly overlooked last time, in focusing on the main storyline of the yes/no romance.

It was a great show, wasn't it? I treated myself to the DVD set when I watched it ... and it's been a year, so nice to watch it ... and see the episodes straight after one another, as well.

This show had such potential!!!! Very stupid taking it off air. I agree Josef was not used enough *sighs and swoons at Jason Dohring as a vamp*. If he and Alex ever cross over to the vamp world again...I'm so there! GUH! Imagine James, Alex, Alex S., Jason...uh let me throw in my love for Justin Hartley and I'd seriously be hyperventilating!

Yes, it was great seeing him in H 5-0 ... even if I only got to see the James episodes!

Moonlighting. Now there's a blast from the past. At one time, I couldn't be moved away from the telly until I'd had my 'will they won't they' fix :) I may have to rewatch...

That's what I enjoyed .... the will they won't they. But as kudagirl pointed out, I missed watching Josef - so, re-watch and see if you agree.

I like Alex O'Loughlin better on Hawaii 5-0 better than on Moonlight. I just didn't enjoy Moonlight at all. And the actress who played Beth reminded me so much of Kate on Angel. Josef was the only character I really liked on Moonlight.

Tommy and I watched the first three episodes of Star Trek this week. Not much on TV right now. I grew up on Star Trek, but Tommy has only seen a few episodes of it. I warned him that the special effects were not so special. No CGI back then. We did enjoy picking out actors from other series that we knew. Sort of spot the actor as a game. LOL.

Yes, wish I could have seen all of Hawaii - the James episodes I saw made me like watching Alex O again.

I was never really a Trekkie ... liked Next Gen first of that series. I did watch ST, but by the end of the 70's got into Blakes 7 .... great for having the wobbliest sets in the BBC!
