Sunday afternoon and time for a stroll ... this is the normal route, so, when I got to the building site I thought I would see how it was coming on.  So 2 pics for the price of one again today!

Is that red dirt very common where you live? It reminds me of Georgia or parts of Texas.

It is quite localised to this section of South Devon. I don't know whether that's the reason, but there is said to be flecks of gold dust in the cliffs here, as well.

*g* - no ... these are just local to where Mum & Dad live.

Although, the house I hope to buy is only 3 years old ... so almost a new build.
