2011 - Day 203

As I said yesterday Jiffy watched me hang out the washing - this morning I did the ironing before putting on my uniform (as you see on the board) and heading off to work, any moment now.

The balloons were bought by Claire and blown up by Brenda for my 50th! They are still OK, so nice to keep them up ... all that hard work by Brenda needs to be appreciated!

Actually my 2 sisters-in-law are as confused ... that's why they have my brothers around!

Ironing is the next thing on my list for this afternoon - after I wash the kitchen floor to remove this morning's spilled orange juice.

Mum would agree with you - but weirdly all three of her kids love it! We all do the same - set the board up, in front of the TV ... Stargate this am!

Is it a little pathetic that I'm always impressed by people who iron? (Though when I was about 7, I loved to iron my dad's handkerchiefs and my mom would pay me a penny apiece for them.)

Mum hates ironing - yet all 3 of us love it - in fact my 2 sis-in-laws never iron. We all set up the board in front of the TV ... I was watching Stargate while doing this.
