Yes, Sunday again ... and between heavy showers Jiffy managed to get both his walks in ... so all in all he is a lucky boy (and his leg was even stronger this week!)

YAY Jiffy and good legs for walkies!

Ahhhh rain....I seem to remember it. Wet isn't it? I'm not sure I remember the feeling. *sigh* DEEP in drought here. Had some dry lightening that sparked a fire or two in the past month but only a sprinkle or two when it "rained". (Dry lightening...where the rain dries up long before it hits the ground so you get the thunder, clouds and lightening strikes but nothing wet!). I'd LOVE daily rain.

LOL - we are certainly getting a lot of rain after a dry April & May! Sadly it rained on St Swithun's Day - so that means rain for the rest of the summer.

Quite a hill there. Do you walk up it or drive and walk around some? I remember when we lived in Germany, it seemed like everything was up hill and there was never a down hill. LOL.

We need rain badly. We've had over 16 days of 100+ degrees here without any rain. It's not even Aug yet.

we walked round in a circle this time! Yes, the West Country is quite hilly - Dj used to make us laugh as he used to "grumble" when he was going uphill! He now lives near Windsor, which is quite flat, so that will make him happy!

Lucky boy, indeed! Gets both walks and rain! I miss the latter (and the former a bit as well... because here it is too hot for walks during the day and the only pleasant thing one can do, is go to the beach (however, for me that happens only in some weekends...))

We do get hot times (but not that hot) and then Jiffy goes out in an evening.

Yes, it's frustrating when it's hot to have to work - harder ... plus knowing the beach is there waiting ....:(
