debris4spike... Yes, the house is sold.
I got the price I was expecting, even though the Estate Agent was unsure I would get that figure as the house, inside and out, needs decorating.
So, now I have to decide on a property ... I'm looking a bit on the internet tonight and have seen 2 that I want to look at - just hope I can get to see at least one tomorrow before I start work.
Prices in Exeter vary a lot as there are one or two very poor areas, but as I said to Tim, you can get good people in bad areas, and bad people in good areas. So I continue to trust that God will guide me to "the" house.

White background and your gifs on the left side with your post and comments all spread in a odd way. Your header is there, but the rest of the format is messed up.
