A huge step for you I'm sure. Are you looking to buy or rent when you move? Would you be able to have a council house? Your system is so different than the way our housing is here in the States. Keeping fingers crossed for a quick turn around so you can move on with your life.

Hoping to buy as I own the house without a mortgage ... so selling and putting the money back into property is the plan.

Council Houses now have waiting lists ... and being single doesn't give many points!
