As I was trying to thaw the ice off the car this morning I looked acroos to the garden and spotted this camellia ... so I have just got back, and taken it's photo!
Awwww! How beautiful!!! Down here Spring isn“t that far yet..we only have the first snowdrops and primoses and crocuses making their way through the soil. I envy you for having such an early start into Spring each year!
That's such a beautiful flower. The colour is so nice and bright. It still looks like a real nice day even if you had to remove ice from the car. Here's hoping for spring to start.

Date: 2011-03-14 10:53 pm (UTC)I do find it a pity though that camellias don't smell anything!
Are they daffodils getting ready in the background?

Date: 2011-03-15 04:25 pm (UTC)Yes, sad that - mind you, in Engalnd, a lot of flowers have been over-produced and lost their aroma.
Oh, we've had daffs out for about 10 days you are behind!!)
Hope Autumn is not treating you too badly.

Date: 2011-03-16 07:36 pm (UTC)It's still very very warm down here. Tank top weather most days, which is weird since about 2 weeks ago we had to put the heater on it was so cold!!
