I have tomorrow in Bude, then back to a 6 hour shift on Tuesday ... but then nothing else this week.

Date: 2011-03-07 07:57 am (UTC)Yes, first proper 1/2 shift yesterday ... still great (even coped with some of the "views" I wondered if I would!!) As to friends, at present I will shift around everywhere, as and when, so won't see people all that often. But, that suits the loner in me! And (so far) everyone I've worked with has been friendly, helpful and very positive.

Date: 2011-03-09 06:38 pm (UTC)Occasionally, at weekends, his owner (and a friend) have a gallop ... in Windsor Great park (so, until The Queen gave up riding recently, they could have ended up as companions!)
So, much as I miss him, and would love news, those stories really cheered me up - He's happy, which is what I wanted for him
