Again I think it's going to be a .... there isn't any"THING" I really miss ... but there are people I miss.

My friends and family - I miss Jaykub, Perry and Misty - but they are in Heaven.  I miss DJ ... but I know he's happy and being pampered in Windsor.  So life is better for all of them.

I miss my family ... I see them regularily, although would like to see Nick etc more ... but we keep in touch when we aren't physically together.

I miss friends when I don't se them ... although only have one or two RL friends ... so when you (pointing at YOU) don't post, I miss you.

And, lastly, it looks as if I may end up having to miss seeing James this year - HUB is not for me, even with James - I just couldn't cope!

Deborah, Those are the things that are the most important, family and friends. Sorry I dont post entries as much but I hope you don't mind that . I do comment as much as possible. Your very lucky to have Rl friends.

No - I know RL takes over - and I also love it that you comment of my rubbish all the time - certainly you weren't someone I was thinking about there - although I do love reading your updates!

Friends are important - it's good to know who you can trust, isn't it?

LJ has seemed quiet lately. There are several of my flist who seemed to have disappeared.

Lately, I haven't had much to post. Just a few birthday greetings and the odd and end stuff.

I didn't go to Dragon*Con last year and was sad about missing it. Couldn't afford the money or time off. Then James canceled that con. Made me feel a bit better about it. Not sure if I will go this year either. Stupid low paying job.

glad it's not just me who thinks LJ seems a bit quiet - and, no I wasn't pointing at you, as I know you have a tough RL job ... and you often comment on my scribble!

The HUB is a single entry ticket price - and so a lot of people that I don't want to see ... if I spend money, it's for James! I know strikske is going ... and I shall miss seeing her - but too much money for something I would basically hate, as I just don't "do" crowds.

I just got back from having my oil changed. I have a leaking gasket that needs to be fixed or so I was told. It's going to cost me about $700 that I don't really have. Guess there goes my income tax return for this year. Rats!

Kuda, Sorry to hear about that. I know those kind of things costs a lot of money to have fixed. It's the hours they have to spend changing it and not the part that makes it costly.

I am going to HUB and will enjoy myself even if I miss out on seeing Deborah. I could only afford to go because of the Christmas money and the winnings of a lottery ticket. I will be taking pictures and try to write some sort of report (don't get your hopes up that it will be enjoyable) But I do want to share.

I will be keeping my fingers crossed that you get to go to Dragon Con this year.

Ouch! Is the car old? I was lucky with my last one - it was 9 years old ... and everrything went at the same time, which meant I didn't pay repairs and repairs ... costly, but I scrapped the car.

So, that looks as if it will be a no to Dragon*Con, then?
