Exeter War Graves & Torre Abbey ....

What do they have in common?  I saw both last weekend!

As I already posted, we went to Tim & Claire's in Exeter on Saturday - to celebrate "Boxing Day", as Tim was ill over Christmas - and in the afternoon Tim & I took Jiffy for a walk, Mum & Claire had a short stroll ... and dad had a snooze!

Then, It was back to their house for more chat ... and more food.








 
 

Then on Sunday, as the weather was nice we went down to Torquay Sea Front ... and walked along via

God's handiwork is amazing.

I think Jiffy was just proving a point ... he's not allowed on the seats at T&Cs ... so he had to find his own "place"

Jiffy hates the fact he's not allowed on furniture at T&Cs ... so he had to find a special place!

The last picture was just as we turned round to start walking back to the car - creation is beautiful, isn't it?

I really feel I must go and look up the premonstratensian canons.

That last picture looks as if it should be the cover of a book of meditations or prayers.

Tim and I have always loved it - and we both especially like War Cemetaries.

LOL - I only took that photo of the "premonstratensian" as I didn't know what it meant either - then thought I would post it, to see if others commented.

Yes, we were just turning round to head back to the car - God's beauty is amazing, isn't it?

When I look at pictures by photographers (of which I have a couple of friends), I think mine are "just" snap-shots.

I enjoy taking pictures of things I like - However I do plan to be more organised of getting out and using my camera properly.
