Happy Monday Everyone

Hope you all had a good weekend - the sun was out again yesterday so we had our walk along the pier and beach again - which was lovely, but especially for Jiffy who really enjoys it ... he gets to meet all sorts of doggies, and he's on an extending lead so can run on the beach ... even drag me along occasionally!  We were especially glad to treat him yesterday, as he doesn't cope with fireworks.  Our previous dogs have always ignored them, so it's hard to see the lump of jelly that Jiffy turns into.  But, I think overall he had so much fun yesterday afternoon, the worries of alien invasions were forgotten.

One of the last weeks that we were busy when I worked at the stables we finished the week with a ridden pageant through the town centre - it was to demonstrate that horses were a "today" animal as well as a historical animal.

I was St George ... and DJ had silver tinsel plaited in his tail and mane, rather than traditional armour!

LOL - hoped you would see this!

I'm not great with heights, but have helped Mum and Dad with gardenning and ended up spending ages on the roof of their shed cutting branches off an overhanging tree! And helped Dad when he did some work on a chimney ... so not as exciting as it sounds!

Oh...I think, if you don´t like heights it´s even more awesome that you didi it. :) I do like heights, there´s no tree that I wouldn´t climb onto..LOL
And I had to change my answers (posted already) bc I already spent some time on roofs, but it always had been workwise (on my uncle´s farm)..I just read the question like "have you ever sat on a roof top gazing into the stars?" and that hasn´t happened yet, sadly.

That´s absolutely true! And that´s the tricky part with those one word memes..if I´d be able to explain, I´d have given different answers to some of the questions. But, maybe that´s the fun part of it too! LOL

I'm guilty of almost everything on that list

Apart from eating alligator, having a tattoo, eating so much I couldn't walk and boxing... innocent on those counts at least :)

Oh yes - I regret most things - but they are only the miny everyday life ... so I decided that on a scale of things to regret I couldn't really count them ... well, it was one of those questions that (sort of) needs a third catagory!

I haven't done boxing ... but have done Judo, archery and fencing!

How long have you been riding horses???

It was fun.

I first rode (a bit) at 30 ... but really started learning to ride at 36 ... they are beautiful animal.
