I asked a couple of other people to give me questions ... and then when I read the second set I wondered why I was mad enough to do it!

Both sets are tough ... but doing them one at a time should make life easier ... I hope!

Anyway, here are the first et ... asked by luckster25 -

1) Which character from Buffy would you say you are most like? Why?
2) What is your earliest childhood memory?
3) If you won a million pounds right now, what would be the first thing you'd do?
4) What is your all time favourite food/meal?
5) If you oculd be an animal for the day, which one would you be and why?



1) Which character from Buffy would you say you are most like? Why?
 
I suppose that the easy answer is ... I don't know!

I think I'm a bit like Tara ... the quiet one that very few people ever bothered to get to know.  I loved her character, and like me, she was very supportive of the whole group (as I am my friends) ... like her I tend to not dress in fashion, keep in the background, and even in love, although she loved Willow, it didn't truly work out for her.  But I tend to shut myself off rather than try to make firends, fall in love ... so in that I see sides of Buffy.

2) What is your earliest childhood memory?

Yes, I was talking about the evnet some years ago and m&D couldn't believe how much I rmemebered, then we Googled and it occured in 1963.

I went to see the first Hovercraft leave North Wales (don't know where it went .... ? Liverpool)  I remember seeing a "shed" on the beach, that lifted up in the air and moved ... and we all got stung by flying sand!

3) If you won a million pounds right now, what would be the first thing you'd do?

Pay off my debts, on the way to speak to a Travel Agent to organise a trip to the USA ... my friends + sight-seeing.

4) What is your all time favourite food/meal?

Sausage and Chips ...

And I mean proper English pork bangers, fat chips, soaked in salt and (malt) vinegar ... and served in newspaper!  Or, some of the chips turned into a butty!

5) If you oculd be an animal for the day, which one would you be and why?

This was hard - but I think, although not a vegetarian, I wouldn't want to kill my own food!  I don't think I want to be a pet either ... so decided to go and be my favourite (non-domesticated)  animal .. a giraffe.  Look at the view you would get - and it might teach me to improve my posture and not slouch!

Oh I am so with you on the not a veggie but couldnt kill anything myself. I am a meat eater out of choice, as long as someone else does it too :)

Very interesting thoughts about the giraffe. I think i wanna be a squirrel one day.(lol) Have a nice and cozy hollow and eat lots of acorns. I don't know why but they do look tasty. Yumm, acorns...

I'm a Buffy at heart. Tend to shut people out. Also i like using sarcasm a little too much. ;) But i'm also like Willow when it comes to school.

Acorns do look tasty, don't they ... and the cups are very useful for the local Elves, as well!

Yes, shutting people out is the Buffy part of me.

I liked College - but again, a bit of a Buffy ... if all else fails, see what multiple Choice hasn't come up recently!

I can see the Tara thing. Tara was a lovely, kind person. A bit shy, but able when needed. Me, I'm a bit like Anya. I'm always saying things that are very true, but a bit embarrassing to be heard. Very straight forward. I'm blunt and can have a mean streak at times, but a very soft heart.

I can remember back to a trip when I was three. Shocked my mom by talking about it once. So, once again, we are very much alike.

I was slightly flummoxed when read the question - but then thinking about Tara I thought about how shy and quiet she was ... but was a great help in the background.

I love Anya, as well. I always felt sorry for the way she was treated,a nd I think those who got to really know her would have found an amazing friend.

I loved Anya! I was often annoyed at how people treated her, especially Xander who was supposed to love her. So why did he put her down so much? (Correcting her in public, etc.) I actually liked her with Giles in Tabula Rasa and always wished they'd stayed together.

Yes, I think Giles was someone who toughened too much ... if he had stayed with Anya the would have both been really good to ... and for, each other.

Tara is a character I always liked, helpfull, shy but strong when she needs to be.

Your favorite food is something I will have to try out when I'm in England again although the "proper English pork bangers" I'm not really sure about (don't like meat to much)

Well, there's a joke in England, that most bangers are made of anything, but usually a lot of bread to make extra weight - so you'd be OK - LOL However the chips you will have to sample.

Great answers. I too am very much like Tara. My earliest memory that I fully remember was when I was 3. And I am so with you on not being a vegetarian but i couldn't kill my own food either.

see we are more alike than we really know. LOL We so had to be separated at birth.

Early memories are funny - I remember being being carried by my father on the subway during Christmastime. We were visiting my aunt and we had no car.
