... I have just realised how much I liked this show.

Tim gave me money on my PayPal account for having them to stay ... with strict instructions to have fun ... so I bought some DVDs ... and got some Stargate SG1 series - and it's great being able to see them again.

Mind you - when watching something today on TV, they were advertising Hawaii Five 0 ... but on a channel I don't have - so that was annoying ... James is in the pilot, and I won't get to see it, at this rate.

That's a nice gift for you from Tim and Claire - glad you splurged in a frivolous manner. Stargate's not a series I've ever followed, though it's probably one I'd enjoy if I ever had a chance to sit and watch. I'm making lists for me retirement - one of places to go and one of TV shows to catch up on. :D

It looks as though Hawaii Five-0 is going to be on Bravo, and I've just checked and it's a channel we get. So, as long as I know when it's on (no date for it at the moment) I'll be recording it for me and can put it on DVD for you too if you want, if you haven't got it from elsewhere by then. If you see anywhere when it's due to be shown, let me know!!!

It used to be on 4 (I think) ... and on at a time when I could see it, so got into the series that way. So now it's on Sky, I don't get to see it - this way I can splurge and enjoy.

Yes, Channel 1, which I was watching a Star Trek episode on, was what was advertising Hawaii - and saying Bravo.

Good for you to spend it on DVD's. My brother has them all, so when I have time (like ever?) I can watch it from him. I've seen some episodes but not all.

At least it's shown in your country, I live where you don't get the good shows till at least a year after the first airing (if'I'm lucky)and then they don't even tend to be in sequince. My solution: stick to EZTV.it and I watch the day after. Have fun watching and I really like your new icon.

Stargate hasn't been on here in ages - wel it's on the pay-for, but nnot the freebies, which is all I get!

So it's good to watch some of the later series again.

It used to be on one of the channels - but then moved to the pay-for TV ... so, it's good to get to see it again - Amanda Tapping is great ... but actaully all the 4 main characters are.
