5oz sugar
Juice & rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs, separated
Cup of milk
2oz plain flour
Cream butter & sugar, beat in a little hot water. Add flour & lemon juice.
Add beaten egg yolk & milk, beat well.
Fold in stiff egg whites.
Cook 350'F in a dish standing in another dish of water, for 50 mins
