2 tough questions - are you ready?

Question 1:
If you knew a woman who was pregnant, who had 8 kids already, three who were deaf, two who were blind, one mentally retarded, and she had syphilis, would you recommend that she have an abortion?

Read the next question before looking at the response for this one.

Question 2:
It is time to elect a new world leader, and only your vote counts. Here are the facts about the three candidates.

Candidate A.
Associates with crooked politicians, and consults with astrologists.  He's had two mistresses. He also chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 Martinis a day.

Candidate B.
He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a quart of whiskey every evening.

Candidate C
He is a decorated war hero. He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer and never cheated on his wife.

Which of these candidates would be our choice?

Decide first... No peeking, and then click for the response.

Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Candidate B is Winston Churchill.
Candidate C is Adolph Hitler.

And, by the way, on your answer to the abortion question:
If you said YES, you just killed Beethoven.

Pretty interesting isn't it? Makes a person think before judging someone.

LOL

So I voted for Winston Churchill and said NO to the question above, bc if that woman already has 8 kids with one on the way, she has/had to suffer through 9 births, and that should be punishment enough ;)

Funny thing - I liked it! :)

LOL. I believe that abortion is wrong no matter what. I still can't believe that that was what Beethoven's family was like though!

I chose C, but it also helps to see what the candidates want to do in the future/beliefs and their metal stability and stuff, because choices that they've made don't necessarily reflect how they are going to rule the world. People usually change, especially after they make a decision to follow Christ whole-heartedly.

Adolf Hitler never cheated on his wife? How did he end up with syphilis then?

Very interesting!! A few of my history teachers in school have asked that "which candidate would you choose" and it tricked the whole class! I've never heard the Beethoven one, though. Good thing I said no!

I signed up for the camp, so I might do it. I guess it depends on what my schedule is like around then!

Goodness. I got the first question right. No woman should ever have to be forced into having an abortion.

As for the second question, I guess I am a Nazi now. ***hangs my head in shame*** I should know if it looks good on paper it stinks in reality.

Brilliant! I seem to feel I have read this before, a long time ago. It's brilliant!

Abortion is such a personal choice, everyone has to decide for themselves. So on the first I said NO.

I picked Roosevelt. Purely on the fact that he seemed open minded to other things that are out there.
