debris4spike: (James - totally fascinated)

Just to say that I heard the last part of the book as I drove back to Mum and Dad's on Friday - and it reminded me, agaim, why I love James.

The emotion he puts into the reading - especially those last 2 chapters, had me screaming at the CD player, and annoyed that I can't know what comes next!

I have heard him read stories before and he really does seem to put his all into every roll, even reading. He is great.

I haven't listened to it but I have it waiting for when I have listened to the others. Glad you enjoyed it, I always do. Listening to James read a story makes it come alive for me.

*hugs*

I agree completely -- it was a wonderful interpretation! I'm also sad that it's over because I miss James' company on long car trips. I could replay it, but it won't be the same the second time around.

Your James love makes me smile, btw. I love it!

It had me screaming too.. and now more than ever obsessed over the dresden verse (specially harry/murphy) Jim Butcher wrote one of the most wonderful dresden books so far and he still has more to come! I really hope James would keep reading them 'cause he IS Harry, he does a fantastic job with this character.

I wanted to cry with the emotion in James' voice on those last chapters.
