Just A Bible Thought
Wednesday, May 12th, 2010 09:18 amAs most of you know I'm reading a modern version of The bible in the mornings ... "The MessagE". As well as bbeing in modern language it is also paraphrased.
However, yet again, a verse lept out at me ... from 2 Kings:-
"Hezekiah put his whole trust in the God of Israel.
And, God for His part, held fast to him through all his adventures"
I just loved the phrasing. Rather than saying God was there in his life, it is a much more positive ... and fun, way of looking at a lifespan.
As my adventures continue, I pary that God is also with me ... and those that I love and care for.
