Date: 2010-04-30 10:31 am (UTC)Yes, when I was 17 I worked as a postie ... for a week - just before Christmas. Each of us had our postie to share - and we did half the route. I was lucky with mine as he took the flats and I had normal roads - but it was still a busy week - and I have vowed I will never post one of those 3' x 4' cards as I had to carry one of them ... at least the weather was kind to me.
