366 MEME - Day 249 - Digging Out The Sax

As I have not had the best of health over the last couple of years, I have only practiced a minimum amount - and therefore, especially with the damage to my hand, my saxophone has been packed away.

Barry told me yesterday, that for the March concert he has one part for me to play on the sax - so thought I had better dig it out, and start practicing. I want to get into more regular "work" anyway - so combining the 2 will help break my boredom.

I've always wanted to be able to play one of those and always being way to lazy to bother. I need some get up and go cos mine got up and went.

I was fortunate to get some money in a legacy - and bought the sax. Playing a clarinet is much harder, so I can play the sax ... and leave it for some time without it being a problem ... The clarinet has to be worked at though - otherwise neither would be any good.
