Launceston Steam Railway

A lot of the West Country lost it's railway some years ago - but local lines are kept open by fans.  This train travels a 1/4 hours trip ... I didn't go on it, but saw the train, station, work-shop ... and a few assorted other vehicles.

I love it. The locomotives looks like the inspiration for Thomas.

LOL - They had all the Thomas books for sale in the shop! One of the trains that I couldn't get a clear picture of was bright blue!
